通過(guò)閉環(huán)控制,當(dāng)壓力有變動(dòng)時(shí),以最快的速度達(dá)到需要的轉(zhuǎn)速來(lái)提供所需的壓力值。沒(méi)有了緩慢加載過(guò)程及加載時(shí)多余的功率損耗。一般的變頻機(jī)在50%-100%額定轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)速以達(dá)到恒壓目的,當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速低于50%時(shí)而壓力超過(guò)設(shè)定值時(shí),此時(shí)機(jī)器只能卸載,電機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn),由于使用異步機(jī),故轉(zhuǎn)速必須大于等于40%的轉(zhuǎn)速,仍然在損耗一定的功率,損耗不必要的電能。與之相比,伺服電機(jī)可調(diào)的轉(zhuǎn)速使用范圍很大,恒壓時(shí)可使用10%-100%額定轉(zhuǎn)速。當(dāng)降速到10%以下時(shí),機(jī)器也進(jìn)去休眠狀態(tài),相當(dāng)于沒(méi)有了卸載。重新啟動(dòng)機(jī)器可迅速進(jìn)入有效的工作轉(zhuǎn)速。
