在一定范圍內(nèi)，設(shè)定空壓機(jī)功率和壓力，根據(jù)用氣量的需求經(jīng)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)算驅(qū)動(dòng)伺服電機(jī)輸出相應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)速來達(dá)到向應(yīng)用的流量。該伺服變量空壓機(jī)使用了高性能的伺服電機(jī)及驅(qū)動(dòng)器，使用閉環(huán)控制，通過反饋系統(tǒng)使系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)精確度更高、相應(yīng)時(shí)間更短、提供了更快的系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)時(shí)間及穩(wěn)定性。使供氣管路中的氣體的壓力保持恒定，提高生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

The servo variable compressor uses a high-performance servo motor and drive as well as closed loop control so as to achieve the greater accuracy control and shorter response time by the feedback system, which provides a faster system response time and stability. 伺服電機(jī)扭矩大、高效率。根據(jù)實(shí)際負(fù)載情況實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)整電流的大小，將發(fā)熱降至最低，且功率輸出能力可達(dá)到100%，在最緊湊的空間內(nèi)發(fā)揮出最大的能量轉(zhuǎn)化率，高效節(jié)能。一般的變頻螺桿空壓機(jī)組相比工頻螺桿空壓機(jī)組約節(jié)能為20%，而伺服變量螺桿空壓機(jī)相比工頻螺桿空壓機(jī)組約節(jié)能達(dá)到40%。

It can achieve the greatest energy conversion within the most compact space. Compared with the ordinary compressor，frequency conversion compressor can save 20% electricity, while the servo permanent magnet inverter compressor can save the power up to 40%.

無卸載No unloading

通過閉環(huán)控制，當(dāng)壓力有變動(dòng)時(shí)，以最快的速度達(dá)到需要的轉(zhuǎn)速來提供所需的壓力值。沒有了緩慢加載過程及加載時(shí)多余的功率損耗。一般的變頻機(jī)在50%-100%額定轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)速以達(dá)到恒壓目的，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速低于50%時(shí)而壓力超過設(shè)定值時(shí)，此時(shí)機(jī)器只能卸載，電機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)，由于使用異步機(jī)，故轉(zhuǎn)速必須大于等于40%的轉(zhuǎn)速，仍然在損耗一定的功率，損耗不必要的電能。與之相比，伺服電機(jī)可調(diào)的轉(zhuǎn)速使用范圍很大，恒壓時(shí)可使用10%-100%額定轉(zhuǎn)速。當(dāng)降速到10%以下時(shí)，機(jī)器也進(jìn)去休眠狀態(tài)，相當(dāng)于沒有了卸載。重新啟動(dòng)機(jī)器可迅速進(jìn)入有效的工作轉(zhuǎn)速。

噪音低Low noise

伺服變量空壓機(jī)根據(jù)用氣需要提供能量，無能量損耗，電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)頻率低，機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)噪音因此變小，因?yàn)橐跃_電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的方式，沒有反復(fù)加載、卸載，不存在頻繁加載時(shí)的噪音，持續(xù)加壓，氣壓不穩(wěn)產(chǎn)生的噪音也可消失。
